   Once considered a new entry into the marine market, JL is quickly maturing as a marine player.

   Adding years of aftemarket audio experience and many years of research into their ever-expanding

   marine line they are quickly setting themselves apart. Truly marinized amplifiers and purpose-built   

  speaker/subwoofer combos differentiate them from the re-labled and re-hashed offerings of others.

   Alpine adds to their marine speaker lineup with marinized versions of their PDX amplifiers;

 delivering great power and sound in a very small, efficient package. They also now offer an

 iDA series iPod controller radio in a Marine version. This provides thumbwheel style control

 and eliminates all moving parts in the radio plus the front-panel CD loading slot - two things

 that should greatly improve lifespan on a Marine deck.
