The long anticipated JL 13TW5 13.5" subwoofer is out, but you have to look carefully! With a mounting depth of 2.5"- what a 6.5" door speaker takes - and an overall clearance requirement of just under THREE and a HALF inches this sub will fit in a LOT of places you wouldn't think even a 10" sub would go. Sonically, it resembles the W6 line and it has output equivilant to a 12W3v2: this is not an anemic driver. Enclosure size is kept down, too; with .8 of a cubic foot sealed being recommended. This opens up new territory and applications for fitting good clean low end in places and vehicles that were never previously possible. Swing by our facility and check it out.
